A Hero Reunion

Aside from Jeffrey being a hero in our eyes we have a few others that we consider hero's from the same journey we were on.  During our time in Boston we met a great family that we have had the joys of reconnecting with on March 30, 2012.  The Harris boys are Jeffrey's best buddies.  As Jeffrey calls them " Jackson and Maxson."  We had the opportunity to meet them in Frederickburg VA. while they stopped in in there way to Hilton Head Island!  We had a great hotel party with pizza and swimming!  This was huge not only for us but for the Harris family as well.  We absolutely enjoyed spending quality time with all of them.  Jeffrey swam for the first time with swimmys on in the pool alone.  He ate all of his pizza like the Harris "big" Boys!  Jeffrey also gave everyone a laugh as he sang to them his two favorite songs.  One is "Somethin about a truck, and the other is I'm Sexy and I know it."  This boy will make you laugh until you pee your pants!!  As seen in the picture above The Harris Boys have an unconditional love for Jeffrey!

A cherished Moment

We have officially received our first gift for Skylar in the mail and Jeffrey also was showered with awesome gifts.  These gifts were from a very special person that we have been so blessed to meet during Jeffrey's Proton Radiation in Boston.  Mrs. Judy Mattson has touched our hearts in many many ways.  Her kindness and generosity has made Jeffrey so happy.  He absolutely loves her to death,  He talks about her all the time and even takes his airplane lunch box to school when he brings his lunch.  He says " This lunch box is very special to me and i love it."   We have kept in contact over the past almost 2 years with Judy via email..  She is a volunteer at Mass General that just feel in love with Jeffrey and we could not be happier that she has!  Thank you once again for all of your generosity and kindness!
